The clinic opened in 1998, expanded in 1999 and again in 2003. It is staffed by a full-time physician, a part-time physician, a part-time physician's assistant and other medical personnel.
The clinic is part of Memorial Health Care Systems, which also includes clinics in Seward and Utica, three nursing facilities and Memorial Hospital in Seward, just 13 miles away. Eight physicians specializing in family practice provide 24-hour emergency care, and numerous specialty physician clinics are conducted from the facility. Among services offered by MHCS are cardiac and pulmonary rehab, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, radiology, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, surgical and birthing suites and a number of counseling and educational programs.
